Crystal Jar (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides custom T-shirt design and printing services (“Services”) via this website (“Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Registration

To use our design tools and save your projects, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Privacy Policy

All personal data you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Third-party couriers handle all shipping. Crystal Jar is not liable for delays, losses, or damage that occurs in transit but will assist customers with any claims made to the courier. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, and taxes.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If a T-shirt has a manufacturing or printing defect, we will, at our discretion, offer a reprint or a partial refund. Visible damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery; packaging issues must be reported within 14 days. Return shipping for approved issues is the customer’s responsibility.

Defects & Limitations

Defects include major printing errors or manufacturing faults. The following are not considered defects:
• Minor cracking in printed areas after wear and wash
• Damage caused during shipping or by the customer
• Color variations within a 5% tolerance between products
• Reasonable color shifts between your screen proof and the final printed product

Artwork Submission

You must submit design files according to our specified guidelines (e.g., format, resolution). We are not responsible for print issues resulting from incorrect file setup, low-resolution images, or color conversion.

Color Matching

We strive to match colors as closely as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match to colors displayed on your monitor or device screen.

Customer Content

By submitting a design, you grant Crystal Jar a license to use that content to fulfill your order and for our own promotional purposes (unless you opt out via email). You confirm you own or have the necessary rights to use any artwork, image, or text you upload.

Over/Underrun

Due to the nature of the printing process, we may ship up to 5% more or less than the ordered quantity.

Proofing

You are responsible for approving your final digital proof. We will print the design files as they were submitted and approved by you.

Payments

All prices are listed in US$. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Full payment in advance is required to confirm your order. Orders are processed after full payment is received.

Account Info

Customers are responsible for ensuring their account, contact, and shipping information is accurate and up to date.

Website Use

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this site (including designs) for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Any abuse of the website may result in suspended access.

Trademarks & Copyright

“Crystal Jar” and our logo are our trademarks. All website content, including text, graphics, and code, is our property and is protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
