Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We Want You To Love Your Design!

We take pride in our print quality and are confident you’ll love your custom T-shirt. However, if you are not completely satisfied, our policy is designed to be simple and fair.

Returns

We hope you love your custom creation! If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please include your original order confirmation.
Returns are accepted for full-priced items only. Final sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
If the error is on our part (e.g., wrong size, misprint, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct size or a fixed design is to contact us for an exchange.
Exchanges are offered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
Please initiate your exchange request within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer care team with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please note: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind. Refunds are only provided for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
