Thank you for shopping at crystaljar.shop and using our custom design services. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, fulfill, and deliver your custom printed products.
Custom products require additional processing time. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping. This timeframe begins once your order and design are finalized and payment is confirmed.
Production times may vary during peak seasons or for complex custom designs. We will notify you of any significant delays.
We offer several shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (after production)
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (after production)
Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days (after production)
Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
We ship to addresses within the United States and selected international destinations. International shipping times, customs fees, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Some remote locations may have limited shipping options. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Package weight and dimensions
Shipping destination
Selected shipping speed
Number of items in your order
Costs are displayed during checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
Items from the same order may ship separately if they have different production timelines. You won’t be charged additional fees for split shipments.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Contact us immediately at Info@crystaljar.shop if you need to change your shipping address after ordering.
Packages may be returned if:
Address is incorrect or incomplete
Package is unclaimed after delivery attempts
Customs fees aren’t paid (international orders)
We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment if this occurs. Additional fees may apply.
Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: Contact the carrier first if tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it. If confirmed lost, we’ll file a claim and arrange replacement or refund.
During holiday periods, allow additional processing and shipping time. We post specific holiday deadlines on our website.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or we made an error.
